Great experience with a great buy!
Alex was with us all the way through the whole experience and even though I know his main responsibility was to his vendor, he guided and advised as much as possible within the limits. He was flexible with prerequisites for the auction and supported it, for the sake of helping to the vendor and the buyer for a successful transaction. I believe we have a happy vendor and buyer at the end. Great to do business with you Alex, cheers.

Why choose anyone else?
Alex has spent years checking in with me to discuss the property market since selling me this property back in 2016. A friendly conversation and character meant that there was only one choice when we were ready to sell. A professional.
Particular knowledge of the area, enthusiasm, 'salesmanship' were attributes remembered from a previous meeting with Nathan some 12 years ago, and carried forward to the selection of an agent for the recent sale. He was responsible for the refurbishment of the unit - floors, bathroom and painting - the expense of which was recouped with the higher sales figure achieved. Nathan was always available to answer questions. Updates were constant. The private sale was well negotiated and both vendor and it would appear buyer were very happy with the outcome.

Bought and Sold through Nathan - Superstar Agent
My wife and I first met Nathan when we were looking to buy, he was very patient and willing to go out of his way to help. We were impressed with the result he got as he pushed us over our budget and got the block record at the time, so we naturally decided to sell thought him as well. We sold prior to auction and for a great price in a slow market. He provided very clear and straight forward answers to any of the questions we had and we can't thank him enough.
