You could not find a better agent than Alex Banning

Amazing agent
This is the 2nd time I have used Alex. 1st time was in a hot market and the result was above and beyond. The 2nd time was in a low hard market. His skills really came out and received a result we were not expecting. He is the best agent

Lane Cove's Best Agent
We've dealt with Alex twice now - once as buyers (unfortunately for us - he ran an outstanding campaign for the vendors!), and now as sellers. Alex is an excellent agent, with deep local market knowledge. When we decided to sell, we knew Alex was the agent for the job. He proved himself to be committed, hard working and a trusted adviser. Selling in a tough market like this was always going to be a challenge, but Alex did his absolute best to get us a result. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend him - in fact, we tell everyone that there's no better agent in the area.

Great agent and experience!
We talk to few agents and finally choose Nathan because he is always friendly and shows passion. We been to many open and auctions by different agents so we can tell their communication skill and personality. Nathan always approach customers actively and patiently but not aggressive, that's most other agents can't do. When we give our property to him to sell, the market is down meanwhile few similar properties appeared nearby, we don't have price or timing advantage. Nathan is very confident, he never give up, what's important is he changes strategy to fit latest situation such as open time varies to avoid same inspection time with others. We got property sold in a good price among the first class of properties sold in the same period and same area, most of other competitors still in the market or cancel selling, which means our choice is right. By the way, Nathan is so familiar with Lane Cove and people here in the market, some agents will tell you that your property can easily get a high price but the results ain't like that, we observed many transactions so we know it. Regard to this point, Nathan's opinion likes estimated selling price is more close to actual situation. He is the right guy for sellers and buyers in Lane Cove.
