We had met Rebecca on few occassions during her open inspections for properties she was selling in the Lave Cove area. At every encounter we found her to be attentative, knowledgeable, and very approachable. We felt comfortable with dealing with her as a buyer, yet also saw that she clearly represented the vendor's position. We felt this was an attribute we wanted in an agent if we were to sell our property. When it came time for us to decide upon an agent to sell our property, Rebecca was in our shortlist of agents we would trust selling through. Her open communication, the daily updates on buyer interests for our property, her fine attention to details, and her strong stance on our behalf in the face of a tough falling market, were all vindication of our decision to choose Rebecca. Our property went to auction with 8 registered bidders, and I do not believe we could have gotten a better price for the property in the market environment we were selling in. Much of that was the result of the diligent work Rebecca and her team put towards the campaign.

Bought and sold though Stuart
I first met Stuart when I was looking to buy, he was very willing to go out of his way to help. he showed me properties that were not on the public market and ultimately I bought through him at auction. I was so impressed with the result he got as he push me over my budget so I decided to sell thought him as well. We sold prior to auction and for a great price in a slow market. He was great to deal with and well worth talking to if you are thinking of buying or selling.

Selling in a falling market
We choose Rebecca after meeting most of the Lane Cove Agents in various open houses. We chose Rebecca as she was the most professional and honest agent we came across. As it turns out there were units in and round my unit block which still have not sold and we placed out unit on the market after they did

Best agent in Lane Cove
If you are looking to buy property in the area Rebecca is the lady you want to be talking to. She doesn’t just sell homes in the area, she is a local so really understands what’s going on in the community and the real estate market. We had a great experience with Rebecca, she is absolutely professional but there are no pushy sales tactics you see from other agents. She is honest and caring about both her vendor and buyer. We would recommend her to anyone looking for property.
