Our initial, very favourable of Alex’s good character, integrity and competence (when we picked him over a large number of local agents), was confirmed throughout all our dealings with him in the current, unprecedented falling market. This was especially evident when we finally sold our home for a very satisfactory price. Alex worked diligently with the eventual purchasers who had, at a disconcertingly late stage, raised doubts about some ambiguous items. The deal “clincher” here was that a mutual acquaintance told our purchasers that if Alex told you something was OK then you could trust that! I first met Stuart when I was looking to buy, he was very willing to go out of his way to help. he showed me properties that were not on the public market and ultimately I bought through him at auction.
