I find that my queries do not get answered and i need to follow up a few times before they finally do. Sometimes i just give up as i dont find them particularly helpful or professional. A phone call would help but I've been asked to email instead about my query. I also find that the professional advice being given to me are not accurate sometimes. I think they need to be checked before and a due process should be followed so that landlords have more more confidence in their services.

I am totally disappointed with your level of service. My bills are not paid, I am not informed that there are issues with my bills and I am receiving late notices for overdue bills. This is impacting my credit rating . My agent left and my new agent has not even contacted me. This is not sustainable.
