From my representative helping me to view the property, to online application by tenant app, to their emails, they made it so easy to apply. I didn't expect to get the property coz we're living interstate at that time, but still with enough proof that we're able to pay the property via bank statements and/or maybe our jobs helps too and/or we are just fortunate, we were selected by the owner with their help. This is considered our first rental application as the first one didn't push thru as the agent cancelled the viewing just hours before.
