XceedsRe initial contact and communication/documentation etc was great, however once we moved into our rental property the service was poor (repairs still not seen to, two weeks since we moved in but still the shower head that was on the floor is not fixed yet), the ball keeps passing. Disappointed with the state of the property.

My intial Liaison with Xceed was wonderful Amalie was fantastic. But then she got sick and I had to deal with her assistant, who I found quite rude and short. Had not even moved in yet and the garage door broke and remotes broke. The real estate property report was incorrect. (the final inspection they did before allowing tenant to move in) Trying to get in touch with anyone is impossible.

Xceed were very good up to the point of us signing the contract. Since then their communication has been very poor. We have had lots of issues with the house. Xceed always say that they will call back in a few days and never do. We have been in the house for over a month now with lots of outstanding issues. Exceed continue to say that they will look into it and call us back in a few days. They never do. Some windows don’t shut, we can’t open some of the security blinds, there is a door lying in the floor, the shower door is missing and we can’t use the oven. All issues which I thought would be sorted quickly, but not even any reliable communication about the issues.
