The Xceed team have been amazing. From getting our application across the line with the owners, especially because we hadn’t even landed in the country yet! Then helping and being super understanding as I was going through the bond lodgement and payment process and the delays we experienced due to the international transfer. Organising maintenance on the property to occur so quickly as well on our move in day. Just all around amazing team!! The whole lot of Ashley, Doneata and Sophia. So happy we are with Xceed and looking fwd to the many years ahead.

Natalie my property manager has been very good in the management of my 1brm apartment, and delegating tasks to others as needed. Her and the team are very quick to respond any questions I have, and also had my new place rented within a week. After 10 months of viewing, applying and getting knockbacks, we finally got a rental through Exceed. The manager and the lease consultant were extremely helpful and answered all our questions. They even gave us time to pay for the bond, as we had big expenditures to deal with at the same time.

Throughout the process, the communication was outstanding. I was kept informed about everything happening with the property, from preparing it for the market and organising photography, to the home opens, tenant enquiries, applications, lease negotiations, and finally securing the tenants. I never felt out of the loop, even though I was thousands of kilometres away. Samantha was fantastic throughout the leasing process. She was professional, approachable, responsive, and incredibly easy to deal with. She took the time to answer all my questions, kept me updated regularly, and was proactive in making sure everything moved forward. I always felt that she genuinely cared about achieving a good outcome for me and my property, rather than simply treating it as another listing. I also really appreciated the attention to detail. There were many small things that needed to be coordinated while getting a brand-new property ready for tenants, and the team was always willing to help, follow things up, communicate with different parties, and keep everything moving. Having that support while being overseas made a huge difference.The process of securing the tenants was handled professionally and efficiently, and I was very happy with the final outcome. The transition from the leasing process to ongoing property management with Alicia was also seamless. We have had a great experience with Xceed Real Estate. During the initial rental process, Bella and Charlie were very friendly, professional, and easy to communicate with. They kept us well informed, answered our questions clearly, and guided us through the process of securing our new rental property. After moving in, our Property Manager, Alicia, has also been very helpful, friendly, and professional. She responds to our questions and concerns clearly and provides great support whenever we need assistance with the property. Overall, the whole experience has been smooth and stress-free.
