Our experience with Xceed has been great so far. From the inspection date through to moving-in day, we’ve been kept up to date and well informed by our leasing consultant, Rimi, and property manager, Taryn. Any questions or requests we’ve had have been attended to within two business days, which we really appreciate. Unfortunately, we had to dock a star as one of the main office’s reception staff was unfriendly and didn’t seem to want to be there. Thank you once again to the team at Xceed for making the process so smooth and easy.

We had a great experience with Deon and the team at Xceed managing the leasing of our investment property. As interstate owners, communication and trust were really important to us, and Deon kept us informed throughout the process and was always happy to talk through her recommendations and the reasoning behind them. The property took a little longer to lease than we initially expected, but Deon remained proactive throughout and was very thorough with the screening process. We received several applications, and rather than encouraging us to simply accept the first available tenant, she took the time to assess each application and highlight any potential concerns. We ultimately secured a strong tenant and we are really happy with the outcome. We particularly appreciated Deon’s willingness to listen to our concerns, adjust the leasing strategy when needed and keep working until we found the right fit. We’d happily recommend Deon to other property investors, particularly interstate owners looking for someone communicative, thorough and genuinely invested in getting the right outcome.

As above, Rimi has taken care to arrange several home opens and has persevered even when many applicants didn’t arrive despite booking to do so. This must have been disappointing, considering all the effort needed to arrange these events.

For a first time renter, I was very confused on how everything worked. My property manager called me on Friday to ask a few questions about Rent and Bond and she spoke aggressively toward me. I don’t have a lot about renting and especially in a different state. I explained that I mis-read the email she sent through and I apologised multiple times. She then went on to ask about key collection and I mentioned that I spoke to someone about collecting the keys at a later date as my partner and I wouldn’t be able to fly/drive to Perth before September. I found the way she started speaking to me extremely disrespectful, she stated that I HAD to collect the keys on the 7th of August and that I had to complete the Conditions Report within a week. She told me to contact her with any changes. I tried to call Xceed Real Estate back and couldn’t get through to her. She then wrote in a email “I am under the pump and as mentioned do not have the time to take calls today” which she never once mentioned on call. She continuously called me Mate in a passive aggressive tone which I found very unprofessional.
