Xceed RE has been our Property Managers for the past 2y8m. Lasha has always been helpful and easy to work with on communicating and resolving any issues. The only reason we moved was that the owners are selling. On starting the lease I was surprised with a welcome basket, which was a nice surprise. Lasha even tried to help us locate another property to lease with suggestions of properties coming up before we signed on for where we have moved to.

I believe they should visit property before giving the keys so that they can make sure everything is clean and allow enough days to get it cleaned and then do the condition report. Also will be great if they try to resolve the maintenance issues much quicker with the landlord.
