I was very impressed with how promptly the property was advertised and that the first home open was organised for the first day the property was vacant. Most of my dealings with Xceed have been through Lauren, who has always been very friendly and helpful and kept me updated regularly throughout the leasing procedure. Overall I’ve been very happy with service that Xceed provided.

My experience with Xceed Real Estate in the past year in particular has been very good, with prompt communication and follow up on any queries, finding new tenants fairly quickly and management of the property in both the owners and tenants best interests.
