Efficient and Responsive
Dasha was very efficient helping to lease my unit. All maintenance works were arranged and completed promptly. She also responded to my calls or emails.

Very helpful team
Big thanks to Joe, Dasha and Sarah from Xceed! Joe kept us up to date with our applications progress and answered all of our questions. Sarah and Dasha (our property managers) have been very helpful with the move in process, quick to respond to our quires and have been delightful to talk with.

Amazing Agency!
Myself and my house mate are very happy that we are renting through Xceed. Our property manager Rochelle is so lovely and has made the beginning of our lease a breeze.
