Amazing Agency!
Myself and my house mate are very happy that we are renting through Xceed. Our property manager Rochelle is so lovely and has made the beginning of our lease a breeze. She is very quick to respond to emails, takes the time to make sure that our questions have been answered and has delivered a very professional and efficient service from day 1.

Is the Company too big?
Everything happened fairly efficiently, but why did it need contact with 5 or 6 different people in the Real Estate company?

GREAT SERVICE
We had our apartment rented out within a week. Thanks to Iris & team for their great work. Right from the start, we were given proper advice on market conditions & how much we can expect. Then at every stage, we were advised how many people visited the apartment & how many were interested. Really good communications. Highly recommended to all property owners.

Professional & Quick
I found my inspection and leasing process to be professional and quick. The 3 agents I dealt with were very friendly. I looked at 3 units at the same address. Prices and lease times negotiable which is great having options. I got the unit I wanted and am pleased with the unit and the service. Thank you Xceedre.

THESE PEOPLE REALLY KNOW THEIR STUFF
The leasing team were fantastic to deal with. Nothing was too much trouble and the feed back was second to none. Karyn in the leasing team and Rhiannon in management were both stand out performers.

Friendly and professional
