Overall, the team acted and communicated in a professional manner except for a time when I asked for the lights to be replaced the second time. There was a long period of pause and no feedback to resolve the issue. Only after a new property manager did the issue got resolved promptly. Otherwise, other requests were attended to in a swift manner.

Xceed Real Estate has been managing my investment property for many years. In 2024 I wanted to have renovations done. It was a nightmare to get permission from the Strata. Thanks to Maree Carlone from Xceed Real Estate, it was eventually done after a few months. When she was not available, there was always someone as helpful to respond to my needs during the few months it took to finalise it. She suggested a flooring company and organised the installing as well on my behalf when I was not available . Thanks again.
