I made contact with Deon at Xceed to enquire about my investment property. She was outstanding from the start - providing advice on many aspects of my investment - which was invaluable since I live in NSW. The communication and professionalism displayed is second to none. Nothing was too much for Deon. She assisted with inspections as the property was being finalised - saving me alot of time and expense in avoiding having to be there - and organised trades to complete items that were not included in the build. I would have no hesitation in recommending Xceed and feel lucky that I came across them!

From the moment of enquiring with Xceed to tenants signing a lease, Deon was amazing to deal with. Always punctual for meetings and always communicated what was happening every step of the day and sharing her knowledge. I informed the agent that I wanted to be paid every 4 weeks/month but was not done. The unit remained vacant for a month and dirt accumulated. I was told that it was not cleaned, however when handed to agent, inspected and confirmed clean.

Usually many agencies just work in the interest of the owners. This particular agency listens and understands the issues faced by the tenants and makes sure the place you live in is upto the standards. My property managers, Belynda and Alison are very understanding and listen to every request i put forward with intent to resolve.
