I recently advertised my property for rental. I was quite apprehensive about market uncertainty and than Indianna Hall came along took the reins .She was very professional instill trust and confidence and told me ideas how to rent my property. She has very good market knowledge and was very upfront with what to expect no hidden charges. Even when the chips were down Indianna Hall did what she does best with her Negotiation skills and close a deal and found a Tennant for rental. which was quite a relief to both parties. Never have I used a real estate before, can be a bit daunting.
