My family and I are moving to WA from over east and starting new jobs so it made the whole process a little bit trickier , I called up the team at exceed and explained my situation and they were very helpful simply told me what I needed to do and provide for our application , I did that and 3 days later we were approved and now have a beautiful home to move into when we arrive. Everyone that I dealt with were extremely helpful and knowledgeable and made the whole process so simple and my wife and I are extremely grateful and would highly recommend the exceed team to anyone looking to rent or buy.

During the whole rental process, our agent has been helping us, answering our questions, and never complaining. I think this is very good. Since it was our first time to rent a house, we didn't have much experience, but Gary answered all our questions very carefully. It's really good! In addition, since we currently do not have an Australian mobile phone number, we can only contact by email, but our agent still replied in a timely manner. In addition, I hope there can be a more detailed introduction to the property.
