Initially Janet assisted me with putting the apartment on the market to sale then transitioned to leasing the apartment instead with her colleague Kristie-Lee. Both of the agents shown great deal of commitment to meet my requirements with result better than o have expected. They are always so polite and friendly without compromising the excellent result produced during the whole process. My account was transferred to them when they bought over another agency. I don't have complaints as everything that is expected gets done. It would be nice if the agents don't change often and if they don't start the email calling me by my last name without any title in front but these are minor and can be overlooked. As long as I don't need to worry about the property I am happy.
