I am very disappointed with the service provided during the emergency. I was locked out of the apartment yesterday - 30 October 23, as the door closed before I could grab the key. I tried to contact the agent via the emergency contact line multiple times from 5:40 p.m. until 8 p.m. However, there were no return calls from agents for advice. Finally, the telephonist who was answering my calls suggested getting help from a private locksmith to open the door. I am very disappointed with the service that is provided to the tenants during an emergency. Previously, when I moved into the apartment, I had trouble with the gas; the agent only contacted me after 24 hours.
