Great and smooth process

Excellent
We have just signed our new lease with Xceed and so far so good. Very easy process right from the start at the house viewing to sending in the application and then being approved all within 24 hours. Other than the house viewing we have only had email contact which is easy enough. Here’s hoping they continue this professional manner all the way through our lease and beyond.

First Impressions

Lack of knowledge
The agent has lack of knowledge of what furniture was included in the rent due to the fact that there was no proper handover from the previous agent. the agent also wanted to skip viewing the amenities of the apartment because she was busy. I really think that agents must care more about these viewing and take their job more seriously , I was really disappointed.
