GK was fantastic in every way throughout the process of selling my house. He was up to date with the current market in the area, and showed me relevant comparison properties. He tried a number of selling strategies to ensure that I got the best price possible and knew what strategy to use next when the market change in the lead up to Christmas. GK got a hold of me through the databases, it would be unusual for me to give a cold-call a go but in this case I was very impressed by the manner and intelligence of the man who called, we subsequently met in person and GK was willing to meet my property needs at the time - as a buyers agent - he went above and beyond the call of secure me a Fremantle property, though lengthy negotiations; GK retains his calm demeanour, while allowing his expert communication skills to confidently guide him through any obstacle. A testament to his legal background. I would highly recommend GK and look forward to seeing more of him in the Fremantle area.
