Joe from my experience is very good at managing the process I believe for all parties. In this case there were three, the seller, the buyer and the tenants in the property I purchased. I was informed regularly as needed along the way. Also during the process I was impressed at how Joe has helped the tenannts thru the process and assited them with sourcing a new rental in a very tight market. This was not something that I think Joe had to do but I believe did this as a service so that every party was looked after. Joe works for XCEED realty and I think definitely lived up to the named and exceeded in his dealings with all parties.
