We had such a great experience with One Agency Wauchope leasing out our property. Hayley, Coby & Ash were all so lovely to deal with and made the whole process really easy from start to finish. They were super thorough, kept us updated along the way and managed to get our property leased so quickly which we were really happy with! Couldn’t recommend the team enough. Thank you again 😊

I changed agencies due to slow service, poor decisions and regular changes to the property manager. Tim Castro at One Agency has been outstanding with the service provided. From always responding quickly, having strong negotiation skills, keeping me informed and securing a tenant, Tim has excelled. Having now handed over to Ashlee who appears to have the same traits. Off to a great start with One Agency.

We could not be happier with our property Manager Natasha and Business Development Manager Tim. From the first phone call we were put at ease and it was apparent that they have excellent knowledge of the market. They had our property listed within 24 hours of us speaking to Tim and kept us up to date with the progress of the applicants. They dealt with problematic departing tenants with professionalism and have gone above and beyond to make sure that our investment property is well presented and maintained for our new tenants. Natasha and Tim have excellent attention to detail and are responsive to phone calls and emails. Living remotely away from our property it is important to have your property with people that you can trust and we have been impressed with the professionalism, attention to detail and care that Tim and Natasha have taken with our property. Thank you both for making this process so seamless and stress free.

Tim inspected multiple properties for me before our final purchase. He then organised all of the trades to get it up to scratch. It was a very easy process.
