Great Agency

We have two rental properties managed by One Agency and have had excellent customer service. John Thomas and Ash have managed tenant listing and interviewing plus all incidental issues along the way, with no stress to us. Highly recommended.

Lovely crew

The team have done a great job managing our property - they always respond quickly to any enquires, conduct regular inspections and do exactly what they say they will do. They are friendly yet professional ! We are very happy with One Agency and would definitely recommend them!

Above and Beyond

I have been working with One Agency for just shy of a year. During that time I have found John and his team to be professional, always available for advice and John deserves five stars for going above and beyond my expectations. When they took on our property, we wanted to organise a lot of work that needed to bring the property up to speed to be acceptable in the rental space within Port Macquarie. John took on this task to project manage all the trades to circulate through the property. Once completed, John was in contact weekly to advise what the rental situation was up to (this happened during COVID). John secured our tenant and has been in regular contact since. I would highly recommend John and the team at One Agency. I never realized renting through an agency would be this easy!

Great Agency

I can't praise this agency enough...I initially contacted the agency to buy a property and Sallyann went above and beyond to help me..unfortunately I ended up purchasing my investment property through another agency. I did not hesitate to list me new property with One Agency and it was soo easy and stress free... the process was simple , all the girls and staff are amazing, nothing is too much for them. I was continually update along the way and the property was rented in no time at all. I have no hesitation in recommending this agency to anyone looking to buy, sell or rent...they are all amazing..
