We dealt with Ben for the purchase of our new property. We were living interstate at the time and were looking to buy in a specific area. Ben assisted us in selecting properties to view by video inspections and was extremely patient with us looking at every minor detail and going above and beyond to answer any questions about the properties until we found the one we wanted. Ben was prompt in communications and assisting us to put offers in. He was sincere and trustworthy and most helpful in apprising us of the customs, norms and standards of properties and the area in general. He provided us with a lot of information even post sale, not just in relation to the property we purchased but everything we needed to establish ourselves interstate, including services, insurances, helpful tips on fresh produce, resources for further information and must see cafes.
