I'm truly grateful for Ben and his team during the process of purchasing my home. I had previously built but not purchased a home so I was nervous about this process. However given Ben's high level of professionalism and communication the process was smooth, which was evident from day one during the house inspection to the day of settlement. Ben was prompt in responding to emails, texts and phone calls and would also check in to provide updates. He also provided information to assist with arranging utilities and possible contractors in the local area to help with maintenance of the property.
