I have only great things to say about Ben! Market knowledge - 10/10 - Ben is more interested in you finding the best house for yourself and your finances, instead of making a sale. That in itself is a rarity. Very knowledgeable regarding market, and, more importantly, he seeks to also know about you (in my case, the buyer) so that he can match you with your house. Professionalism - 10/10 - as a first hike buyer, I had zero knowledge and experience in real estate! I knew I wanted to buy a certain house and that was it. And that is where Ben came in and took over. Absolutely professional, made my family and I feel comfortable and at ease throughout entire process, answered all our dozens and dozens of questions with the utmost patience, was friendly and polite, did not rush us and we felt he had our best interests at heart and was not out to make a quick sale, always felt that his first priority was helping me find the best house to suit me. Communication - 10/10 - I am a doctor and I work long hours and have constant communication and ensure my availability with colleagues and patients. And it appears that Ben has an equal rate of same! He was mostly contactable, and if for some reason he was not, I was always rest assured that he will get back to me as soon as possible. He was happy to be contacted at all hours and for as many questions as needed! I cannot recommend Ben enough for any home buyer, novice or experienced! He made the entire process so easy and pleasant. I see many signs of Ben’s when walking around Redlynch area and his face and smile always brings a smile to my face, and I pass by that advertised house knowing that whoever the seller is and whoever the buyer will be, they are both in the best hands!!
