Ben sold our unit quickly and at the same price others in the complex had sold for. He saw value where 3 other agents only saw doom and gloom. On his very first visit he'd booked in the open home and photography times, given us the number for new carpets and was onto us about decluttering. He had recommendations for mortgage brokers and conveyancing. He was in touch frequently and had an offer in no time. Ben's manner is the perfect balance between local warmth and big city professional, which was great for us and our buyer-we both got what we wanted.
