Ben is extremely knowledgeable in the local market. His recommendation of price point was spot on, driving interest in the property prior to the 1st open house. Ben suggestions of staging the property was also spot on as the property was presented in the best possible way. Advising us to arrange for a building and pest inspection prior to the 1st open home ensured all the little jobs could be tidied up and no surprises for the purchaser. Although the above were at our expense the returns were tenfold. Ben and his team were in regular communication throughout the process, always friendly, positive and professional. We were extremely happy with the price recieved and the time it took to sell. We had an unusual property to sell. Ben really saved us a lot of trouble. A different agent had suggested we do renovations before a sale, but Ben explained to us that due to our specific property type and the time in the market, we'd be better off selling as is. After a lot of explaining from Ben and his team, we sold as is and got higher than the price the other agent told us we'd get after renovations. So Ben saved us a lot of time, and a lot of money. We're very grateful that he was so open and direct with his advice, and explained things so fully, so that we could make informed decisions, as it was a very different path than we'd expected to take. Ben and the team made everything as simple as possible. They were able to recommend companies for pre-sale building and pest, cleaners, pressure washers, stagers etc., who were less expensive and did a better job than others we'd used in the past. The team kept us in the loop, and let us know whenever there was anything we needed to do on our end, which made everything so simple from start to finish. Ben and the team definitely take pride in their work and operate with integrity. I'd highly recommend them and would absolutely sell with them again.
