Polite, friendly, on time for appointments, returned all phone calls.
We had a bad experience when dealing with the other main agent in our town both with sales and with their property management. We decided to go with Carolyn this time and was not sorry. Not only did Carolyn give good, knowledgeable and friendly service but all the staff in her office conducted themselves likewise. Way better than the other agents in our opinion.

Real Estate in Augusta
I have no hesitation in recommending Tanya Birch and the staff at Augusta First National Real Estate. I had previously listed three properties with another agency and over twelve months not only did none sell but I didn't even get one offer. In the short time Tanya has been dealing with the three properties two have sold and I have an offer on the third one. Nothing has been to much trouble for this agent and Tanya has my sincere thanks.

I would highly reccommend Tanya Birch
I found Tanya to be very professional but also caring in that she genuinely wants to help the customer. Tanya took the time to learn what I wanted in my new home and then went about successfully finding it for me. I felt Tanya went above and beyond the call of duty to find the perfect house for myself and my two teenage boys. Tanya also ensured that everything went smoothly with the sale and there were no hiccups at all. We will be forever grateful to Tanya for her dedication and hard work.
