Coming from a well respected farming family Tanya has a good connection with the area and a good knowledge of the property market from town lots to large rural holdings. he has worked in the real estate industry for over 13 years commencing as Sales Administrator and recently returning as a Sales Consultant. About Carolyn

I am a long time resident of Augusta having grown up, married and then raised my family in the town. This has given me an in depth knowledge of the town and the district. I have been working in Real Estate for Augusta Real Estate First National since 2004. In 2006 and 2008 I was recognized for outstanding performance with an award at the First National State Awards. I upgraded my qualifications with a Diploma in Property in 2008 and I now hold a Real Estate and Business Agents licence. This has expanded my knowledge and expertise in all areas of selling and negotiating contracts in real estate. I am now in a position to help others secure their slice of this special lifestyle in Augusta.

Polite, friendly, on time for appointments, returned all phone calls.

We had a bad experience when dealing with the other main agent in our town both with sales and with their property management. We decided to go with Carolyn this time and was not sorry. Not only did Carolyn give good, knowledgeable and friendly service but all the staff in her office conducted themselves likewise. Way better than the other agents in our opinion.

Real Estate in Augusta

I have no hesitation in recommending Tanya Birch and the staff at Augusta First National Real Estate. I had previously listed three properties with another agency and over twelve months not only did none sell but I didn't even get one offer. In the short time Tanya has been dealing with the three properties two have sold and I have an offer on the third one. Nothing has been to much trouble for this agent and Tanya has my sincere thanks.
