Great communication
Jordan was fantastic to deal with in our recent rental application process. His communication was excellent and he’s very friendly and easy to talk to. Although we did not apply for the first property he showed us, it was nice that he followed up and remembered meeting me at the house we were successful for. Thanks for a smooth and successful application process Jordan!

Couldn't be more helpful
I am an out of town landlord and Claire couldn't have been more helpful in assisting me with bond clean of the unit, repairs requiring a handyman for plaster and painting. I felt that Claire kept me up to date with the applicants and gave me honest feedback regarding the applicants. I feel confident my rental property is in Claire's/AUMR's hands.

Amazing service.
We recently moved from the UK to Australia and the thought of securing a long term lease was daunting, we were lucky enough to be introduced to Claire whilst completing a inspection for the property we were able to secure. We arrived early to the viewing, Claire immediately approached us and spent her time to welcome us, asking about our current situation and explained the process in detail. Claire answered our many questions, and her calm demeanour provided us with reassurance that we needed. Following the viewing we expressed our interest and Claire ensured that we were regularly informed giving us step by step guidance on any questions we were unsure of. Her response time was quick with accurate information that provided us clarity on what we needed to next. This was fantastic customer service, Claire was approachable, friendly and professional. I could not recommend her any higher.

Great Experience
We rented a house managed by AUMR for 3 years. Claire was a great Agent to work with. She addressed our concerns in a timely manner and was always very professional to work with. Moving out and returning our keys and receiving our deposit back was very smooth and the flexibility with inspections during COVID was appreciated. Thanks Claire & AUMR!

Excellent agent
My experience leasing a property with AUMR has been nothing short of excellent, Claire went above and beyond during the entire application process. This was my first time renting in the open market, and she provided many helpful advice. Her experience and knowledge of the market were evident. Leasing of a house in Ascot/Hamilton
Claire was very helpful, kept us informed and offered guidance with completion of required documents etc. Was prepared to go out of her way to get a rental agreement in place, and afterward to ensure repairs ets were carried out in a timely manner. Always able to attend the property when requested to allow access.
