Chris Luo has been working in Real Estate for over 10 years with Ray White and has joined AUMR Property Group bringing with her a wealth of knowledge in real estate. Chris has extensive experience with Brisbane’s Inner North and Inner South property markets, Chris is a true asset to both landlords and tenants alike. Having sales experience coupled with her rental market knowledge she is a dynamic agent who can provide both rental and sales advice and appraisals. Her friendly, welcoming and cheerful manner brought a breath of fresh air to the industry, which contributes to her longstanding client-base, to this very day. Chris is heavily involved in her community with her son being a part of Norths Rugby club and a part of her P&F at Saint Joseph’s Gregory Terrace and Brisbane Girls Grammar School. With over 20 years living and working on the north side of Brisbane Chris’s knows the local areas, schools, parks, and facilities is second to none. Having bought and sold multiple properties for her family and for personal investment, Chris knew first-hand the challenges that Landlords and Vendors face with real estate transactions; a head start which has been beneficial to her success, with the calm and understanding nature she has towards those who deal with her. Soon after migrating from China to Australia in 1998, Chris completed her bachelor’s degree in Accounting at QUT. Her passion for numbers has also been a valuable skill within negotiations, for those who employ her as their agent to sell their home. Desirea joined the AUMR Ascot Team with her industry knowledge dating back to 1999. Joining the Real Estate Industry after a Retail career spanning 15 years in total as a Regional Manager for a Sydney based company. Desirea understands the importance of Customer Service and Team Culture and uses both to ensure a high standard of service. Communication is the key to her long-standing relationships with Clients and Tenants. Having experienced many changes to legislation including the introduction of water metes to South East QLD and the Smoke Alarm Legislation Desirea is a firm believer in updating her knowledge and skills through training and sharing of training. Her passion for creating an exceptional experience for all her Clients and Tenants has earned her the prestigious and much coveted QLD Property Manager of the Year Award from one of the largest franchises World Wide. An award that she was truly humbled to receive.
