We cannot praise you highly enough for the exceptional service you provided throughout our recent sale. Your honesty, professionalism, and expertise in marketing and presenting our property made an incredible difference. We had met many agents during our selling journey, but the moment we spoke with you, we knew we had found the right person. Your guidance on how to best showcase our home, your thoughtful communication, and the detailed feedback you gave after every inspection truly gave us confidence and hope. You handled every step with integrity, skill, and care — and as a result, we achieved the outcome we were aiming for. To anyone considering selling: book an appraisal with Tavis. We genuinely believe you won’t regret it. He is, without question, a standout agent who delivers on his word. Thank you, Tavis, for everything. We are truly grateful.

Kingsley sold me this property back in 2021 and I was impressed back then! It was a no brainer to me to ask him to help me sell it now in 2025 and I’m so glad I did. He is professional, courteous and an excellent communicator. He wanted to be aware of my concerns from the outset, and actively strive to alleviate these concerns by going above and beyond during the sales process. I would highly recommend his expertise to anyone wishing to either buy or sell property in Caloundra!

Kingsley was very polite, always on time and easily contactable. Gave us regular updates and was always happy to discuss the process. Knowledge of the property value could have been better and the communication post sale could have been better as we did not know the process and needed more guidance.

Kingsley was so helpful and supportive from the first time we spoke right up to the settlement of our property. He made the process easier then it could have been if we had anyone else selling this property to us.

I recently brought a property off of Tavis and it’s been one of my favourite purchases . He could see the vision thrown around and great input to help with what it could become. He has gone above and beyond through the whole process and assisted where many agents couldn’t. I can recommend Tavis and you won’t be disappointed.

I don't hand out praise lightly - but Kingsley sold me this property in 2019 - and I thought he did a good job then. But when it came to selling it, he went over and above to ensure I got the price I wanted, and without any dramas and before the property was even listed on the open market. I highly recommend him for his professionalism. He is a very competent and able agent.

Tavis was amazing from start to finish. He did exactly what he promised, handled all the details without any hassle, and made the entire process incredibly easy for me as I’m time-poor. What impressed me most was how quickly everything happened — the sale was efficient, stress-free, and exceeded my expectations. I couldn’t recommend him highly enough.”
