Working with Tavis and his team has been a trouble free experience. We do not live locally to the Sunshine Coast, that did not present any issues as Tavis and his team updated us step by step from purchase to then finding Tenants, which all happened so quickly, professionally and stress free. We have been introduced to the whole team and everyone is so keen to help in any way. Thanks so much for making this a wonderful experience, looking forward to continuing our business with you and the team at AURA Propertys. Wendie & Pete

This is the second property I’ve bought through Kingsley, and honestly, I wouldn’t go with anyone else. He just gets it — super knowledgeable, straightforward, and always makes the whole process feel way less stressful than it should be. Kingsley’s not just a great agent, he’s someone you can actually trust to have your back. No pressure, no fluff — just honest advice, quick replies, and real support from start to finish.

Kingsley was brilliant end to end, as a first home buyer we had many questions and Kingsley was open with communication and prompt throughout the whole process. Through negotiation with the sellers and agreeing on terms we saw Kingsley find balance between our requests and what was best for the sellers. Would happily recommend his services to anyone looking for a reliable agent that does what he says he will do!

Kingsley was very helpful and prepared for our sale from day one, he offered flexible options and great advice on how to tackle our sale effectively. Above all else we were most impressed with his ability to overcome an unforeseen obstacle during our sale, he remained calm and used his network to get us over the line. Overall we were extremely impressed with his performance, knowledge, price and most importantly down to earth attitude. We would highly recommend Kingsley, thanks mate!

This is the second time Tavis has achieved a result well above what I was expecting and with over 30 years of being involved in Real Estate I have never met another agent like him. His ability to look through a property and identify what needs to be done to maximize the sale price is outstanding and his level of knowledge and structured negotiation processes are impressive to observe. Within 3 weeks, Tavis had achieve a price well above what my wife and I were looking for and so many people that I talk to keep saying that all agents are the same and I am writing this review to say LOUDLY that if you are selling your property then you have to at least invite Tavis in for a conversation. He is no pressure, no bull and a very impressive agent indeed.

We were very happy with Tavis. We asked to inspect a property, but it wasn't suitable for us. He then asked what we wanted, and we told him. He immediately said I could have something suitable that isn't on the market yet. He rang us the next day with an inspection time and 2 days later we had a contract. Tavis was very helpful and we were very impressed with his expertise and knowledge of the area.
