We purchased property at Berwick through Andrew. Andrew is a no nonsense estate agent, very approachable and pleasure to deal with. Andrew is not one of those typical real estate agents i.e. no sugar coating, no BS, no flashy cars or flashy watch. We found him to be sincere, humble and someone with good work ethics. Based on our positive buying experience, we decided to use their leasing services for renting our property. This is when we started to work with Renee, the new client consultant. While we did not meet Renee face to face, everything from the initial discussion, to finding the right tenant happened smoothly and quickly. Overall a seamless experience.
