I moved all of my properties to Aurora after terrible neglect at the hands of another property manager. I found the process to be real seamless on my end, Renee took care of everything. She was very friendly on the phone, very knowledgable and still goes out of her way to answer any questions or arrange trades for me. She listened to my concerns, was empathic to my previous experience and ensured my new tenants were good tenants and would take care of my properties. And I am very glad to say they are! Andrew was also very knowledgeable about house prices in the area and gave some good advice on when it's best to buy/sell.
