Hi To be honest, I am not very satisfied with your service as we asked several times to fix some issues at the property but we have not received any proper response. I can understand that the landlord should respond to the agent before taking any action. But I expected the agents to send a message or email and let us know what is the process or at least send a message and let us know that our message has been received by them. Communication is the key points to costumers satisfaction and make the customer feel understand.
