The sale, documentation and house condition were all very well handled - first class. Unfortunately I understand the 2 problems raised with the agency since we moved in have not been passed on to the owner. An electrician did come to assess the cost of adding a sensor to the front door lights but if I understand correctly from the owner he has not received a quote. Evidently there was no follow up. The other point raised with NNW is a problem with the TV reception which the owner had not heard about. Reception is woeful and we have had to take on trying to remedy the problem ourselves. One problem found was with the cabling connection from the antenna but it is still not good. More remedial action required.

Recently let a unit which had been off market for two years. NNW Property gave good advice on the best way to prepare and market the property. It was let after the first open house, an excellent result in the current market.

I was very lucky that you already had some previous tenants on your books who were looking for a property. I understand they are very happy with the redecorated unit, and especially the new kitchen.
