He then guided us without rushing us into selling before we wanted to. He even provided “interior design” advice that cost nothing, to help present the place at its best. His marketing plan meant we had plenty of serious buyers in the first week which resulted in a sale in the second week of listing, even though we had planned an auction after 3 weeks.
