My brother and I had to sell our mother's house and selected Hamish Kyle of Raine & Horne Neutral Bay due to a positive experience I had on another transaction. We were not disappointed. Hamish and his colleague Stewart were excellent from beginning to end, running a very smooth and effective auction process. Hamish gave very good advice on preparing the home and on the transaction process and is a great communicator, routinely calling to give updates on progress and feedback from inspections. The experience could not have been better. Hamish commits and delivers his commitment, with regular communication throughout. I'll be looking for Hamish and his R&H Neutral Bay agency the next time.
