We recently used Mario Sultana to sell one of our investment properties. Mario provided exemplary service and advice. He gave us sensible recommendations to ensure our house was presented in its best possible condition and then marketed the property in a way that generated interest at an extremely high level - 60 people at the first open home. Mario then dealt with multiple offers, negotiating on our behalf fairly and equitably, and we had a signed contract within three weeks and settlement within six weeks of going to market. The purchase price was right in the middle of the range Mario told us expect - he knew the area, the market and the property. Any person serious about selling their property should have no hesitation in using Mario.

A big call out to Mario, Sandra and Will from Place Newmarket for the great work they did to sell my townhouse for the price I wanted in a slow market. From the time he first visited and assessed my unit Mario told me it would be a big ask, the dining room being separate from the lounge by 13 stairs, but he advised me to ditch my furniture, paint, carpet and get a stylist. Now this may seem a lot, but I did what I was told and by the time the pictures were taken for advertising it looked like a townhouse I didn't want to sell. Mario and his staff organised an open house every weekend and in 6 weeks we had a contract. I was wrapped. The last one to sell in the complex took 7 months! I got the price we both had in mind. In fact Mario got me a little more and since I had broken my arm, a nice long settlement period so I could find my home in the clouds, pack up and go. We are now nicely settled in Maleny, in the clouds, and once again say many thanks to Mario, Sandra and Will.

Mario knows his geographical area very well, is highly credible, and clearly has a great deal of experience. Strongly recommended. My only disappointment was that there was a gap between what he initially thought we would get for my townhouse in Windsor and what was finally achieved. But even in this regard, Mario came through with a pretty good outcome at the end clearly due to some good negotiating skills, and this final result was still better than being suggested by other agents I had approached.
