Richard is friendly and knowledgeable with the property and the surrounding areas. Richard is very professional in his dealing. Richard tries to accommodate with inspection times. He answers any queries I have regards to the property and kept me updated with the progress of the purchase. I think he has good judgment calls regard to the mark value vs buyers willing to pay.
