
Little did I know about Marvin Dayupay. Who he is and what can he do as a Real Estate Agent for Nidus Group Rooty Hill. This time Larrie and I are ready to sell our home. Again, Marvin came to see us, dressed up in his fine suit which really left an impression when we first met him. He carries himself well totally different from the traditional real estate agent. Contract to Sell was signed, photo shoot of the house organized in a week's time. The photo shoot was so meticulously done, great team! After a week or so the finished product was shown to us and we were in awe at the outcome of the production. Online ads became live on 5 February 2021. First open house was set on 13 February 2021. Response was overwhelming when Marvin provided us report. First offer to buy accepted. First buyer fell out before the cooling off period expires. Marvin and his team did schedule an open house straight away. Second open house on 27 February 2021 Marvin received a second offer. 10 March 2021, 32 Assunta St Rooty Hill was officially sold. That is how fast, organized, well prepared Marvin and his team. Kudos to all of you guys! Marvin is opened for discussion on how you want the sale of your home presented and managed. I do not want a signboard at the front of the house during the sale period.
