Good agent all around
It was a quick and very pleasant transaction with Caileen. She managed vendor's expectation well and came up with acceptable resolutions for any issues.In the end, she also found tenants for us. But she hasn't got a chance to inspect our properties since then, which we hope she can do it soon.

at last its all mine
it took a long time to realize this property being mine as hard to get correct info from singleton council if allowed to build on less than 100acres strange why they would have this restriction but finally was given go ahead will never have to buy again thanks to Caileens persistence thanks

Sale of Property at Putty
I was Caileen's first Vendor at Putty and I was completely satisfied with her professional manner and communication, as I'd tried a couple of other agents without any success.
