As recent buyers of a large parcel of rural land in the Singleton area, we can thoroughly recommend Caileen. The purchase was conducted from overseas, and what could have been a difficult process was greatly eased by Caileen's approach and communication (verbal, email and text, whatever was appropriate). The purchase went through without a hitch; we were very satisfied, and I can imagine that the vendor must have felt the same. Caileen's service extended, post-purchase, and once her duties had already been fully discharged, to meeting us and escorting us to view our new property, which given the remote location must have meant 3-4 hours of her time.
