We approached Rebekah to sell our property off market (if possible). Despite wanting us to do an open auction process, which we were not in the position to undertake at the time, Rebekah and her colleague found our buyer and skillfully managed the negotiating process to a point where both we and the buyer were in agreement. Her professionalism, warmth and knowledge made the process much less stressful than it may have been. We were very happy with the result and despite a very long settlement, this has been an easy and pleasant experience.
