Eric's professionalism, expert knowledge of the local real estate market and terrific communication skills were outstanding. His friendly and approachable manner meant nothing was too much trouble. He always returned phone calls, text messages and emails promptly and checked in with us on a regular basis. Eric never rushed us through an inspection and gave us plenty of time to check things out. He always followed through to answer any queries we had. We were very impressed!

We approached Rebekah to sell our property off market (if possible). Despite wanting us to do an open auction process, which we were not in the position to undertake at the time, Rebekah and her colleague found our buyer and skillfully managed the negotiating process to a point where both we and the buyer were in agreement. Her professionalism, warmth and knowledge made the process much less stressful than it may have been. We were very happy with the result and despite a very long settlement, this has been an easy and pleasant experience. We have since employed Rebekah for the sale of another family members property, again with excellent results. Highly recommend.

Rebekah was fantastic to deal with regarding the purchase of our new home. We were offered the chance to visit this property off market and secure it quickly. Needing to obtain a long settlement to coincide with our house sale, Rebekah was very amenable to arranging inspections by ourselves and our trades so we could plan for renovations upon settlement.
