Tracy was introduced to us at a property we noticed open for inspection. She advised us of a more suitable property and told us when it would be available for inspection. She advised us of open hours, sent us information as she received it and on request. She kept us up to date and has been very helpful and professional. She ensured we were kept in the loop during all discussions and negotiations. Her manner was very friendly, pleasant and she was very approachable. Nothing was too much trouble, and she got back to you asap if she was unavailable.

There should be a six star rating for Tracy. She is the real deal. Exceptional in her professionalism and a genuinely warm and caring human being as well. If you are after the best and don’t need to give your house over to those that offer cheaper services then she’s the best one for the job. She has a rare ability to ‘read’ her customers and tailor her approach accordingly. And I believe she genuinely enjoys her work!

Talking with Tom felt like talking to the Oracle of Noosa Heads! His depth of knowledge on the future, past and the development of the area from it's inception is second to none. Tom made us feel very comfortable and gave us the confidence to ask him anything. He knew the history, issues and detail of the property we were interested in straight off the top of his head and gave us many insights into other properties we mentioned along the way, whether they were for sale or not. Rebekah was a dream to deal with from the minute I made contact. She was either always available when I needed her, called right back, or called me when she said she would. I was very impressed by her knowledge of sales, prices, and market movements in the Noosa Heads area, but more importantly knew the history of the property we were interested in down to the finest detail.
