I have been following Chris Miller online as his sales results of multiple apartments in the Peppers Complex have been above any other agent in town for the last 12-18 months. Quite often you find that an agent does most of the hard work getting the listing. Once appointed they seem to spend the rest of the time attempting to lower your expectations by pointing out weaknesses in the property, and the market. This is not definitely not the way Tracy operates. Tracy knows her product and the market very well and works incredibly diligently to maximise inquiry and direct genuine interest in the property. Tracy was amazing in co-ordinating minor works and presenting the property beautifully to the market - so much so it made it harder to let go! I would recommend Tracy whole-heartedly to anyone looking to sell on the Sunshine Coast.
