Quite often you find that an agent does most of the hard work getting the listing. Once appointed they seem to spend the rest of the time attempting to lower your expectations by pointing out weaknesses in the property, and the market. This is not definitely not the way Tracy operates. Tracy knows her product and the market very well and works incredibly diligently to maximise inquiry and direct genuine interest in the property.
