Hi Tom Offermann team , You are so lucky to have Jesse in your team . we are in service consultancy business we have 100 engineers. So I know how important is your professionals approach to clients . So , I strongly felt that Jesse needed a huge recognition . We were coming to Noosa for years and we love Noosa so we decided we need a unit here to be able to come more often and for retirement . I have been looking for a good product for 2-3 years talked to quite a few agents in Noosa . Last year by chance, we met Jesse . He was excellent from day one . he told us all about Noosa . He very clearly understood what we exactly wanted. He was extremely kind and professional and always returned my calls on time. WE were in touch with him since last year . This year in October he called us and he said something very suitable for us came along .we were on the way driving to our Melbourne office from Sydney . that day, he answered every single question we asked , he sent us videos and at the end of the day without seeing the unit we decided to go ahead and purchase it with full confidence. What a service . He gave us full trust and confidence . He is a very very special man . Dear Tom Offermann , if we were in the same industry , I would definitely steal this man from you to my company . Extremely presentable , extremely honest , extremely understanding and the most important he cares. Congratulations again for having him in your team . Millions of thanks to Jesse xoxoxo

This is the third unit Tracy has sold for us. Although the market has slowed somewhat, Tracy remained dedicated, professional and optimistic. She's excellent to work with and I would highly recommend her.

I have been following Chris Miller online as his sales results of multiple apartments in the Peppers Complex have been above any other agent in town for the last 12-18 months. Needless to say, I decided to meet in person and selected Chris Miller from Tom Offermann Real Estate, Noosa as the agent to sell my 1 bedroom apartment. He made the whole process easy, gave good advice how to best structure and time the marketing campaign. I was very excited when he found a buyer within a short period of time. He facilitated smooth negotiations and in the end: it was a win-win for all. He was very resourceful and 'hands on' with finding solutions for any minor issues that came to pass. I can only recommend Chris for any Real Estate transaction, buying or selling, and would happily use his expertise and services again. Thank you Chris

Quite often you find that an agent does most of the hard work getting the listing. Once appointed they seem to spend the rest of the time attempting to lower your expectations by pointing out weaknesses in the property, and the market. This is not definitely not the way Tracy operates. Tracy knows her product and the market very well and works incredibly diligently to maximise inquiry and direct genuine interest in the property. Tracy was amazing in co-ordinating minor works and presenting the property beautifully to the market - so much so it made it harder to let go! I would recommend Tracy whole-heartedly to anyone looking to sell on the Sunshine Coast.
