My husband and I cannot put into words how wonderful it was to have Tracy Russell as our realestate agent for selling our house. Tracy’s perceptions in the housing market place are exceptional. Every detail from photographing and describing our home to organising the auction and following negotiations were amazing. Even small details as to advice on presentation. For example the addition of a perfumed candle, to placement of furniture and tables, throws on beds and sofa and a gorgeous child’s bed complete with fluffy pillow and soft toys. As for the professional negotiations Tracy excelled in her actions. We are in awe of Tracy as a very experienced sales person. Patient and friendly with all those involved and compassionate too.
