Nic had excellent knowledge of the local market and was very thorough in his understanding of the property as well as the local market conditions. This was a delicate purchase and he proved a tough nut to crack on behalf of his Vendor, however, he always treated our interest with respect and professionalism and we managed to come to a mutually beneficial result after a few hard days of negotiating. His post sales service was also exemplary which was a real bonus and the hosue had lots of complicated features !

We first met Jesse about 18 months ago when I was casually looking at buying a property in Noosa. Being a Salesman myself ( Motor Car Dealer) For the past 40 years I think I may know a thing or two about selling. I found Jesse totally professional and helpful in my dealings with him. Over our “ purchasing journey” in the last 18 months he has been in touch ( we live in Melbourne) sending me information on a myriad of properties and generally giving me all the information I sought. Indeed over this journey we entered into contracts for 2 properties which never executed for whatever reason. The value of these properties went from $2.8 M to our final purchase of $7.105 M. All the while Jesse kept us interested and made us feel very important....nothing was too difficult for him to help us firstly to love the property and then to transact...
