Chris was a brilliant agent to work with. He negotiated a multiple offers scenario for us to achieve a much higher result than we were expecting! He is very professional, knowledgeable, efficient and a genuinely nice guy. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him and I would also use him for future purchases and sales.

Throughout the entire process Julie was extremely attentive and approachable. She is extremely experienced and was able to help with advice and tradesmen to get the property ready and looking it’s best for sale. She worked tirelessly to get interested parties, provide frequent feedback and ensure the sale did not fall over. Julie sold the property in the timeframe and for the amount we wanted. We would not hesitate in recommending or working with Julie again.

The sale of our house was always going to be a challenge as we were based in New Zealand. Peter managed the process with skill and professionalism. He went way beyond in his efforts to ensure a smooth sale for both us and the new owners.

After dealing with another agent and given the run around in regards to selling out property we were very relived and reassured to have found Chris. I would be one of the first people to criticise realestate agent due to poor experiences in the past however Chris is certainly not in the realm of agent I’ve used before. Chris has a level of honesty, professionalism, guidance & market knowledge that surpasses any agent I’ve used in my 50yrs of selling. It was a true pleasure to deal with Chris and not only did Chris manage to sell our property, he did so for a great price and all done during Covid restriction etc where he worked his butt off providing vertical tours for prospective buyers. Great work Chris, you are true professional.
