Julie has assisted us with several sales and purchases over the past few years. This time we sold within a week and Julie performed in a professional and very helpful way. She offered good advice, was able to predict and handle every query along the way and generally made the entire experience a positive one. No hesitation in recommending Julie for all your real estate sales requirements.

From first sight to offer to contract to settlement, Jesse Stowers has been superb throughout the process of buying our house on the Sunshine Coast. Extremely knowledgeable, diligent and committed, he made the process stress-free. Friendly and personable, it was a pleasure to deal with him. We highly recommend Jesse as an agent you can trust.

Chris was very knowledgeable of the current market and proactive in the sale of our property. We had 5 written offers within a week to which we were able to sign off on. A great result and would happily use Chris again.

I thought our sale would be simple even though we were based in Sydney. However several things cropped up during the sale process that Cameron fixed effortlessly - from finding a tree lopper to a sparky - he really will go the extra mile for you. It helps he's honest and a good bloke!

Rebekah represented both Offerman Real Estate and ourselves exceptionally well. She was always transparent about feedback and what that meant about final price and then designed an approach that would maximise the outcome for ourselves. We had just gone to Offerman because we had been happy with them before and were extremely happy with the outcome and will use them again.

It was a pleasure to do business with Jesse. He was the utmost professional in all aspects of the sale of our house. As Jesse is very familiar with the area he was able to proactively market our property. He had a purchaser for our property after 4 open homes. We were stoked and extremely happy with the quickness of the sale of our house and the price and sale conditions Jesse achieved for us. During the whole process Jesse was positive and confident and we always felt we were in “good hands”. We would highly recommend Jesse to anyone wanting to sell their property.

We tried a couple of agents to sell our waterfront property on Noosa Sound but Peter was the one to find the buyer and get the deal done. Excellent feedback and information, always kept up to date. Thanks Peter from another of your very happy vendors. Great job!

I have no problems recommending Jesse if you are looking to buy or sell in Noosa. Whenever I spoke to him, he gave me a thorough update on the market conditions, recent interest in the property itself and similar ones for sale in the area. Since I was selling land, he also obtained some photos of what it would look like with a house on it and put them online. Great idea! I have no doubt the photos helped the sale. Overall it was a great selling experience with Jesse and he got the job done.
