Martine was very professional and worked tirelessly to secure a contract on our property. She kept in constant contact with us to keep us informed and updated on what was happening with our property and presented a number of offers to us during our marketing campaign. Unfortunately the market slowed during our campaign, so we did not achieve the sale price we expected, however we believe that Martine did everything she could to achieve an acceptable outcome for us. Martine was also very hands on with regards to liaising with the property stylists in order to achieve the right look for our property and we really appreciated her assistance with this. I would not normally be compelled to write a review as a buyer for the sellers agent but our experience with Will and team was nothing short of fantastic. Will is clearly experienced with a high level on market knowledge. The whole Torres property team are uber professional in every engagement from our first meeting in an open home through subsequent inspections right up to signing the contract. However the real standout was the experience after the ink was dry. Will and his team were engaged, tactile and responsive to every request and proactive in facilitating a smooth sale. You could tell he was driven to do a great job for his clients but truly cared for the buyer. I will certainly be using him in the future and highly recommend him and his team to anyone.
